On skiplagging flights, the Guarantee is already included. On any other flight, select “add Skiplagged Benefits” before you pay to access the Guarantee.
Rebook your replacement through Skiplagged¹
If something goes wrong with your original trip, book a comparable replacement flight on Skiplagged. Tickets booked off-platform can’t be reimbursed.
Send us your reimbursement request
Within 24 hours of your original departure time, submit your new and original booking receipts. If approved, we’ll reimburse the difference up to $500.
