The Skiplagged Guarantee is a service we offer to ensure that if you encounter difficulties with your flight purchased through Skiplagged, we will cover your additional airfare costs, ensuring you reach your final destination safely.

If a problem arises with your Skiplagged ticket, such as denied boarding or route changes, simply purchase a comparable flight, and we’ll reimburse the additional flight expense, subject to certain conditions.

The Guarantee covers issues such as denied boarding, airline route changes, and tickets canceled by the airline due to being flagged.

For the fastest service, you can cancel your policy by visiting the online policy management tool or by downloading the free Allyz™ app which is available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you’re not satisfied, you have 15 days to cancel your plan and receive a full refund of the plan price. Plans are generally nonrefundable after that period, or if you have started your trip, filed a claim, or the policy has ended. Cancellation rules may vary by plan and state; see your plan details.
