Had an issue with your flight? Let's make this right. Fill in the form and send us your receipts. We need your request within 24 hours of the disruption, your replacement flight has to have been booked through Skiplagged, and we reimburse up to $500 per passenger, per ticket.

Proof of canceled flight with confirmation number or issue with original flight (including a time stamp prior to scheduled departure time)
Receipt for new same day flight from airline, including cost and all flight information
If denied boarding, screenshot of a check-in attempt with error message (either via an app or in airport kiosk)
